When will I get my order?
We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on your location. It usually takes 5-10 business days for the post office to fulfill all orders. International shipping and delivery varies based on type of shipping chosen at checkout (7-21 business days).
What if I did not receive my order?
fT.studio is not liable for lost or stolen package. Each order will come with a tracking number when your orders are shipped. Please refer to the email sent to you with your tracking number.
If you suspect that this is stolen or lost, please contact your post office to notify them and clarify details about your package.
